This page is displayed if an internal ACF error occurs. The template is located at templates/defaultlayer/error.htm and should be changed to gracefully indicate to the end-user that an error has occured and that they should retry their action. There should also be a link back to the main CCS page as the one on this base page "Start Again." The most common reason this page is displayed is because the end-user tried to access a function in the CCS that doesn't have an external entry point. This scenario is commonly produced by an end-user creating a bookmark to a page that should not be accessed out side of a management or registration flow.
